        Trusting Cooper Norman was the biggest mistake we've ever made. They were trusted to book opening balance sheet entries for acquisitions, remit international wire payments, and keep the books for our inventory based company. The opening entries were off by millions of dollars, they repeatedly sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to incorrect vendor accounts, and misstated inventory balances by upwards of 60% in some of our entities. Steer clear of this company if you are accrual basis. There is no oversight from management/partners and their team is clearly too overwhelmed to effectively manage their assignments.

        They could not find any savings for my taxes. CPA was offering free tax review on some BS seminar. I did not file taxes with them. They keep sending me invoices.  It's a crooked predatory firm. Fake!
