They can take a deposit out immediately and without remorse and then tell you 3 different ways you'll get it back. They don't care if you are stressed out or anything. They are rude and unprofessional. And would rather lie then provide any customer service, good or bad. Would not reccomend this location to the devil himself.

Had a tire running flat, called the location to exchange the car and was told to take it across the street from their location and get the tire patches myself....called the next day to see if there were any available cars and waited on hold for over 10 minutes....had to call emergency roadside to actually get some help.
::UPDATE:: was able to swap out the car and get a new one for a safe travel home. Very busy location for only two workers to be working. They stayed positive throughout the day even though I am sure they were getting worn out

This is not a staffing issue, the staff is friendly and helpful. Reserved a truck, and even had a staff member call yesterday to "confirm". Get there this morning, and they don't have a truck. They blamed the airport location, but this is a much bigger issue. When you reserve a specific vehicle for VERY SPECIFIC reason, and ONE OF THE BIGGEST RENTAL AGENCIES IN THE UNITED STATES can't make sure reserved vehicle are available, that's a huge problem..

I'm not happy with enterprise at all. I reserved a truck specifically because I had to go to my mom's old house and get the remainder of her items before we turn it over to the new owners. Enterprise called me on March 22nd to confirm my rental of a truck and assured me I would have a truck. I arrived to pick up the truck before making the 70 mile trip to my mom's house. I was informed that I didn't get a truck after all because they didn't have one and haven't in weeks. Instead they gave me a Mitsubishi Outlander. I was not able to get what I needed to in the suv and had to make multiple trips. The whole point of my reserving a truck was so that I could make 1 trip at 140 miles round trip instead of 2 trips to the tune of 280 miles. I am severely pissed off about the lack of getting me what I reserved and confirmed. If I had know a truck wasn't an option even though it was confirmed I would have gone to Hertz.
