The Sales team over there at Boise Cascade is absolutely exceptional! They have provided some of the best and friendliest customer service that I have ever experienced. I don't know many other companies that try to hold to such an elite level of professionalism. Lisa's personality make you feel like your sitting in the warm sunshine. Vicki always strives to provide amazing service while listening empathetically to your ramblings. Alex is a laid-back, walking Wikipedia. Roy is down to earth and kind. There are so many more folks there that I would like to thank for making me feel like my time is valuable. Great job BC Team!

I make deliveries into that place They was pretty good lately they've been making you wait several hours even when you have a delivery appointment It only takes them about 10 minutes to unload What I bring in there This time after setting since 10:30 AM 5 minutes to noon they all go on lunch break Instead of unloading a person And I'm supposed to pick up another load going to Boise cascade in Boise Idaho they just screwed their own self over it won't be delivered now until tomorrow
