Representative is very slow getting back to you, been waiting 4 days for a very simple question about a new account. Have tried 2 times so far, imagining I won't hear back from them today so I will bother them Dirac thing in the morning for the 3rd time, maybe that will be the charm. Figured that is part of there job to take care of customers, but yet it's like pulling teeth for simple answers, not very thrilled with this bank thus far, it is very clear I chose the wrong bank, I recommend if you need help don't bother and go out of your way to get answers because it won't happen, best to stick to credit unions or banks that want to take care of there customers. Only reason it's 2 star and not 1 is because they did answer the phone, I'll give them that, but I've came to the conclusion that it was very painful for them to do that, probably like the end of the world, I can see it now. Do not and will not recommend this bank to anyone that wants help.
