Renter beware. As other reviews stated, avoid this place if you can. Landlord (Michael) is very distrusting and overbearing. Lived there for a year and could not wait to get out of the lease. What started out seemed to be a reasonable landlord/renter relationship, he soon gave us the creepy vibes and red flags were coming up. Came home from work one day to find him showing off the interior of our locked garage to a potential renter. He just walked into our downstairs neighbors unit while she was home with her new babies. So many upsetting stories from the neighbors. And yes, had to pay for own carpet cleaning every six months from his cleaner of choice. Wished I had talked to the neighbors before moving in. Grateful to have gotten our deposit back in the end. Glad Im not there anymore. Court records are public, look the landlord up. Do your homework. The units themselves were fine, but the landlord is another story.

Avoid this place if you can. Mike (the landlord) seemed very strict but reasonable when we first talked. Planned to move here for months but wouldn't let us sign a contact until we moved in. Property was nice and he was straightforward. When it came time to sign the contact though, we mentioned that we had a signed ESA letter and were thinking about getting a pet but was happy to discuss it. He flipped out and yelled at us to get off his property.

Called to schedule a walk through of one of the apartments for rent , and the guy ( Micheal ) I talked to one the phone was VERY rude , and hung up on me. Very inconsiderate and inappropriate for someone that was just wanting to look at the apartment.

Lived here for 1 year. The landlord is paranoid, a massive cheapskate and difficult to work with. He requires his tenets to wash the carpets every 6 months at your expense by the company of his choosing. Imagine trying to wash the carpets when the place is fully furnished and you have move out all your furniture to wash carpets that needed to be replaced before you moved in. Very frustrating.
Scuffs on the floor and large carpet stains, holes in a door, the normal lock doesn't work (had to use the deadbold). Linoleum on the kitchen wall was pealing off. Honestly the apartment itself wasn't too back, just needed maintenance. But the landlord wouldn't do it.
The landlord also can be an orge about parking. My parents were dropping off something when we were moving in. They parked in the wrong place, which they didn't know. The landlord (who was working next door) came over and got in our faces about moving the vehicle which had been there for just a couple minutes.
Requires rent to be sent through the mail. Problem is, sometimes the mail delivers the rent late (having sent it with plenty of time to get to him). He charges late fees if is late, even if it wasn't your fault.
To cap it all off, sometimes the landlord would take pictures of things which he didn't approve. Once a neighbor of ours was cutting his kids' hair in the garage and he snapped a picture of the scene. Talk about creepy.
