North American Collections

I would rather not be in collections but Im glad its with North American instead of Medical Recovery or Bonneville Collections. North American treats you like a normal person, never yells at you, degrades you or makes up bills that arent real or not even yours. I wish North American took over all of Bonneville and Medical Recovery accounts. Karma is real and I know North American will come out on top in the end.

We have used a few collection agencies over the past 12 years and The NAC is by far the best. Everyone we have worked with has been professional, responsive and helpful. Brian knows the collection process and gives thorough advice and direction on possible next steps, and has been successful collecting on our behalf. We will continue to use NAC in the future.

THIS AGENCY ALTHOUGH, HELPFUL WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY MY BILL WAS NOT FIVE STARS. I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO PAY MY BILL AT A LATER DATE BUT WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE INTEREST CHARGE THAT INCURRED DAILY. WHEN I CALLED TO PAY THE BILL THEY SAID THE INTEREST WAS CHARGED MONTHLY AT A 1%, HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER THERE WAS ALREADY ANOTHER CHARGE FROM THE INTEREST ON THERE. WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS TOLD BECAUSE IT ADDS UP DAILY?? WELL IS IT MONTHLY, YEARLY, OR DAILY? THEY WERE STILL FRIENDLY I JUST WISH I HAD BEEN INFORMED ENTIRELY. I ALSO WISH THEY HAD THE CONVENIENCE OF PAYING ONLINE, THAT IS PART OF THE REASON IT TOOK ME A FEW EXTRA DAYS TO PAY. I DO APPRECIATE THE FEE BEING WAIVED THOUGH FOR THE USE OF A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE.
