During the spring of 2023 I rented 4 units as I was moving from Florida to Idaho. At that time, the cost was $764 for all 4 units (2 small & 2 large). I was told that the facility, Keylock, was being sold and that soon there would be new owners. In October of 2023 the cost for 3 of the 4 units went up by $99. Then in December I was told that the 4th unit which was a 5 x 10 was going up $60. So in less than 1 year the cost increased to $159. The new contracts state that they only need to give you a 30 day notice to increase the cost. I have a unit in WA that has been $75 for almost 4 years & the units in FL that I had changed their prices annually. I also had a ton of problems with the required app which is the only way to open the gate and some of the doors of the units. The only good thing and why I gave a 2 vs a 1 would be Chase who works in the office. I've been there less than 1 year and have been very disappointed.

Chase was very respectful, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience and needs. It is so hard nowadays to find good customer service. He lightened up our day and helped us tremendously! Thank you chase!
