April M. at Pearl Realty helped us with our home purchase. We have had good realtors before but April went above and beyond what was expected of her. She was incredibly prompt with communications and showing requests. When we found the one she was able to get us in the running on a home with multiple offers already on the table, and aided us in securing our offer was the one the home owners went with. I have used the services of Robin Bundy twice to purchase properties. One was a residence, the second a multi-family. I found Robin to be experienced, highly competent and very responsive to my needs or requests (day, night or weekend). I listed my home in Coeur dAlene with April at Pearl Realty. She recommended a significantly higher listing price than I was quoted by another agency and presented an excellent listing strategy in regards to the optimal timing to go to market. My listing utilized social media platforms as well as the MLS with beautiful, professional photos and video. We were under contract above asking price within a week. Additionally, we experienced unusual issues with the city putting a hold on my title at close regarding permits for work done years prior to me taking ownership of the home. April quickly pooled appropriate resorces and executed a meeting with the city on my behalf (I had already moved out of state) to resolve issues expediently allowing closing to move forward satisfactory to me as well as the buyer.
