Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

The beds are terrible. One had a hole in the middle so you sank into the bed. The TV remote was extremely dirty and only worked if you pushed the buttons really hard. The cable channels also suck and couldn't navigate the TV at all. But the worst was the people right above us stomping until 130am when we called their room because we couldn't sleep.

The staff was very friendly. Fun activities at the park but not more than a couple of days worth. We would have enjoyed the park more had we not been EXHAUSTED. Not from the activities; the beds were so uncomfortable! We took turns sleeping on the couch, not the hide-a-bed just the couch, it was more tolerable. The rooms could definitely be cleaner. There were splatters of something on the ceiling. Unfortunately we won't be back until the rooms are improved.

Triple Play Resort Hotel was awful. The room and bathroom was not very clean dusty and dingy. The light in our room did not work only the lamp, the curtain was broken, also the bed my daughter's slept on had a one in the matress and metsl sticking through. I have a photo but can't figure out how to upload it. The morning breakfast was a joke, the juice machine was broken, the waffle maker broken, and everything was gross accept the yogurt. For the amount of money you pay for the stay and play package the facilities should be alot nicer. I will be giving Triple Play Fun park a 2 star review also as the customer service was crap the employees were rude and not personable at all, and the water park was so run down.

Do not assume anything on their website is correct. We had to pay much more than what they advertised on their site, and other guests we spoke with had to spend extra money to get some of the things that were supposed to be in their package. They said they couldn't do anything to fix the price cause the general manager wasn't there that day. Rooms weren't cleaned well before we checked in, and the ac unit under the window in our room was pumping out nasty smelling air. I got up early to eat the breakfast, but the food I got was old and dry. The prices online were a massive false advertisement, and the food was a health concern. I'll only be recommending this hotel to my enemies.
