We had our place cleaned by Elite Clean, and they did an amazing job! The crew that was sent to my house was very courteous and attentive to my requests! VERY thorough! Will definitely have them back! Impressive!

I contacted Elite Clean to bid a deep cleaning on our home. Yvonne the owner gave me quite the song and dance to how amazing her company is. She then met me at our home and walked through it with me showing me everything that would be done and an estimate to how long it would take. We agreed and hired them. They didn’t arrive on the day scheduled and when I reached out to her, she said she scheduled me on the wrong day. I then met them on the alternate day and her staff proceeded to do the deep cleaning. After the staff left, I called Yvonne to come look at the job and when she arrived, she was in complete dismay and embarrassment of the poor work performed and assured me that was not their standard. She made multiple excuses about 1 particular employee and the troubles they had with her and said she was going to fire her. (In my opinion that was completely unprofessional to be sharing that much information and discussing her employment issues but that’s a different situation altogether). She then called a staff member she announced as her “Quality Control Specialist” (QCS) and was yelling at her in my house and walking around in disgust and wiping her finger all over wiping up the dirt and dust that was missed. She apologized multiple times to me and said that she would bring her cleaners out another time to do the job right. A few days later, her and her “QCS” arrived and proceeded to clean our home. Her “QCS” was absolutely appalled at the job done previously and told Yvonne that it all needs to be redone top to bottom. Yvonne proceeded to only do the items we found after the original insufficient job and ignored the recommendation of the “QCS”. Yvonne was clearly frustrated after a couple hours and claimed to be done. I came out of my office and walked around with her and wiped my hands and fingers on items wiping up globs of dirt and dust and pointed out several items missed. Yvonne gasped several times to the continued finding and made excesses for the missed items. After again telling me it was complete, I again walked around and pointed items out to which Yvonne replied in a very irritated tone that it wouldn’t be perfect and that the week-to-week service would catch more and more as time goes on. I called Yvonne after they left to let her know I wouldn’t be proceeding with the weekly service and that they still have a number of items missed that she agreed to do during the deep cleaning we hired her for. I even sent her pictures of the messes. She refused to finish and is now threatening me with “her attorney” and says she is taking me to small claims court. I would strongly advise anyone against using this company for any cleaning services. I hired an amazing cleaner that came in the week after Yvonne was here and they were disgusted at all the filth left over from the “deep cleaning” that transpired only 6 days before. We now have a spotless house and a professional cleaning service weekly and will be referring all my clients and professional contacts to them and warning all about the inadequacies of Elite clean and the unprofessionalism that follows.
