I paid Jeff the full amount requested to file a chapter 7. I turned in all paperwork needed. I went through the 'course' required. I have the e mail that Jeff sent asking me if I was ready to file since everything was ready to go and my reply of "yes, ready." He never filed. I never recieved an explanation of why. I requested he return my money. He never did that either. Never received a reply. I will be making two phone calls. One to an honest attorney and one to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Poor communication. Don't expect to hear back from Jeff's assistant/secretary in a timely manner. I really did not appreciate being left in the dark during the course of my filing.

I just got off the phone with this office.The young lady was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She walked me through every step of the process and did so very eagerly. I have spoke with the attorney many times, on the phone and in person , and have always felt heard. This is a professional team.

Jeff and Tatum are great people to work with. I have had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy 3 times in my life. I will never have to file again, I will keep that promise to myself. Jeffrey Andrews has represented me each time and done just an absolutely amazing job each and every time! My poor 82 year mother unfortunately is going to have to file for the only time ever in her life very soon. I obviously recommended Jeff to represent her and she will be just fine Im certain!
