    My doctor sent a referral to Norco for my CPAP, along with my recent sleep study. I waited for over a month (not knowing how this works and thinking they would call me), and I had to call them, they neglected to call me. When I called, they would say "Your file still shows incomplete." I would ask them who I should talk to in order to see if I could help them complete the info they needed. I called her, she was surprised. I asked her what she needed. She said she needed my old sleep study. I asked if I could email that to her. She said yes, and that was exactly what she needed. I emailed her my old sleep study, and called her back immediately, and she confirmed the file was now complete and they could move forward to get my CPAP. I asked, "ok great - so will you call me?" She said, yes, we will call you. I waited a month and a half, with a very faulty CPAP that didn't work more than half the time (I had to sleep sitting up!!!!!!!!!! I spent 3 months that way!) After that month and a half I called them and asked if It had shipped, if there was any tracking that I could use to find the package. I was told it hadn't even shipped yet, It hadn't even been ordered yet, and I was told that the file showed that it was incomplete and more information needed. So I hung up to figure out what I wanted to do. I contacted Lincare, and they were more than happy to help me. So I contacted Norco again and told them that I wanted to cancel the order. The woman told me this was normal and people were waiting months and months for their CPAP. I told her, never mind, and I had already placed an order elsewhere, and again asked if she could cancel my order. So she did. Lincare had my CPAP to me in 4 weeks. I do not recommend Norco, not ever, if you want to get your CPAP go with Lincare. They were very good, returned my calls, would call me to let me know what was going on. I felt like they juggled all the plates without dropping any. Very good. I will be going with Lincare from now on.
