      • High Tech Hillbilly

        We called to file a small claim. We have been a customer for almost 10 years. The person on the phone in the Coeur D Alene office (Anna), was rude and condescending. She said they would raise our rates, and then went on to say "this is how insurance works", blah blah blah. We will be seeking a better insurance company. Anna was not phased whatsoever when I told her we will be changing insurance companies. Stay away from this company. It is trash and its employees are no better.
