Before I meet Jason, we had Diamond heating come look at our HVAC unit for my duplex. They were quick and didnt seem to care wanting to just replace the unit instead of trying to find what was causing the problems and if it was fixable. Then after meeting Jason I can proudly say, Valor heating and cooling is one of the most, may I say professional and caring companies Ive seen in all my life. Jason was very respectful and cared about my roommates and I with our HVAV system being down. Jason truly wanted to help us and made me specifically feel like I was in good hands. I highly suggest anyone looking for a company who will actually look at your whole unit and make sure every option was crossed off before wanting to replace the unit. I truly and grateful to have met this company and I know if Ill ever need help with my HVAC unit I will be calling Valor Cooling and heating, and hope you do too Service: HVAC system maintenance
