The hygienist did an amazing job with my kid that has a hard time at the dentist. She struggles with the texture, having things in her mouth etc. They were great at keeping her calm, moving quickly, explaining what they were doing ahead of time. So grateful to them! Excellent service as always.

Amazing with children. Always very nice and welcoming. Just an update not sure if she is new but first time I have encountered a rude receptionist. My son had a game that was last minute, it was rescheduled due to a cancelation the beginning of the season, they had to fit that game in. We we literally notified the day of, so I had to move my appointment and she was very rude and unwelcoming we were rescheduled a month out with no guarantee of anything sooner if a cancelation came up. She just said see you in March when I asked to be put on the list for cancelations

My kids have been coming here for 9 years and every time has been a great experience. Dr. Mike is so Patient and amazing with the kiddos. Thanks to all the amazing staff.

We have really loved this office especially for my son who struggles greatly with going to the dentist. They're all so kind and helpful. Unfortunately when I recently called to add my youngest as a new patient I was told they were not accepting new medicaid patients. The woman I talked to was very short and kind of rude when I asked if there was a waiting list. I have since emailed and gotten no response. Having my kids see different dentists is not a great option and moving my son is not going to be easy at all. I'm frustrated they don't seem to want to work with me on this. I really loved this office and the respect they showed my children previously. However the radio silence to my question and rudeness from the woman I spoke with on the phone is far from the respect they should be treating all patients with.
