I have paid this company over 100 dollars. I applied for a house they were renting, I paid the 35 dollar fee. I was denied because they chose another renter. I asked them if they could move my application to another house. They said no, I'd have to fill out another application and submit another fee. I have done this 4 times, sadly denied everytime because they rented it to someone else. They have never even ran my application, Just took the money! I am not even eligible for a refund. I am beyond frustrated and will not apply with them again!

I have been renting from Andrews Properties for two years. Not only is my rent MORE than reasonable in todays market, but any issues that arise are taken care of with fidelity and in a timely manner. There was an issue between mine, and my neighbors properties where I was unknowingly (all parties were unaware) paying a small portion of his water. Andrews Properties found the issue and credited my account and took the cost from the time of my lease signing off a months rent. In my experience, many other Property Management companies wouldnt have gone through the extra steps to make something like this right. Especially when the tenant didnt know there was an issue. I wish I could give Andrews Properties and their team 10 stars!
