We had water damage about 5 years ago and we were referred to Pro-Tec Restoration. We had a great experience with them all the way through to even the finishing of repairs. Fast forward to 2024 and when we found we had a roof leak and some mold in our attic, I dug through the house and found their business card and made sure to call them again. After getting three bids, it was so obvious that we were going to use Protec Restoration once again for the work needed because they literally saved us a couple thousand dollars from the next closest bid. They treat us fair and honest every single time. I love that about Protec.

An extremely bad experience with this company. After much back and forth, a horrible job that was incomplete, I had to call another restoration service to fix what Protec apparently couldn't!

We had a recent flood and didnt know what to do, after talking with insurance not knowing the routine of how to go about things. I was Referred to Troy with Protec Restoration. He layed out the process with transparency. Immediately had his crew out to get the process started to dry. They were very attentive and professional. Repair work came out fantastic. Im very pleased and would refer them to anyone that needs services in restoration. Thank you Protec you guys are awesome!!
