We've been working with Stacey Dude since January 2020, when we were looking for investment properties in Idaho. We are from California and she was highly recommended by our realtor here. From our initial phone conversation, Stacey spent a lot of time with me describing Ada County and the surrounding counties, since I'd never visited Idaho before. She prepared us for our initial trip and in one weekend, we were able to find two properties within our budget and fitting the timeframes for our 1031 exchange. During the purchase of the properties, Stacey completely kept us in the loop and assisted us with all aspects of the purchases since we were in another state. The entire process was so smooth because of Stacey's attention to detail and strong communication with us. We really appreciated being able to call her with any little question at any time. Her motto," Call me, I will answer," is so true. She answers or responds right away. Earlier this year Stacey assisted us with an investment purchase for my father in law. She makes home buying such an easy process and my father in law was happy she was able to negotiate a good price. Now we are in the process of relocating to Idaho. Stacey secured the deal on a home, we hope will be our forever home. We are so grateful for Stacey for being there for us and helping us turn our plans into reality.
