We worked with Aspire Realty Group in April of 2023 to find the perfect home for two humans, two dogs and one cat...things looked GRIM in our target market - in the course of a day and a half, we looked at 13 homes and we were overwhelmed - BUT our Aspire Agents were enthusiastic, cheerful, knowledgeable, optimistic, and THEN when we found a house that stood out above the rest, but were too "showing fatigued" to pay attention, our agent took us by the hands (figuratively!) and led us back for a second look the following day, helped us crunch numbers, waited patiently while we dithered for a minute, then celebrated with us when we decided - Let's DO This Thing!! Three weeks from Offer to SOLD!! It was crazy how smoothly things went once we made a decision! We LOVELOVELOVE our new home in Homedale and 1000% recommend Aspire Realty Group to guide anybody looking to buy or sell through the challenges and emotional chaos that can ensue throughout the Real Estate Process - these folks are PROFESSIONALS! While looking for a new home in the Boise area we were introduced to Jameson Shaw and the Aspire Realty Group. He worked with us to find our new home and we love it. Jameson was able to explain the differences in the region in a way that only a local can. He knows the history of the area and is very knowledgeable of real estate trends in the area. He kept us informed about the progress of our build. His staff is super too. Melody kept us informed of the construction on our new home with bi-monthly photos and descriptions of the work as it progressed. We were very happy with Jameson and everyone at Aspire Realty Group.
