Regina and Scott were AMAZING! We talked about what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and they were on top of it. There was never any pressure what so ever in any way. They were beside us every step of the way. When there was an issue, they were both on top of it immediately. They both went above and beyond to help us even after closing and are still there when we had questions a month later. I would recommend they to anyone even thinking of purchasing any type of property. They are an amazing power couple!

We met Regina on a flight from Seattle to Boise. She and Scott shifted their weekend around that very weekend to help us look at houses and get to know the area. Moving across the country can be daunting but Regina and Scott make the process much easier. They are so helpful and go above and beyond for their clients!

I cannot begin to describe how great it was to work with Regina. From the beginning, we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying/selling process. We dealt with 3 different builders throughout our 2 year journey. One thing we found out the hard way is that not all builders are created equal (that's a whole other story). When we encountered some questionable business practices during our journey, Regina didn't hesitate to contact the builders on our behalf to get to the bottom of it. In the end, we ended up with a great builder and a beautiful home. We are beyond thankful to Regina for steering us in the right direction--even if that direction meant looking elsewhere from the location we "thought" was our dream house in our dream location. Regina never pushed us in any particular direction, just armed us with the facts and guided us toward other options we had not considered. We are extremely picky buyers and we were not prepared to settle. Regina understood the assignment. She understood our needs and worked diligently to find us the perfect area and builder. Regina or her husband Scott (also a realtor with a construction background) accompanied us to all our meetings with the builder(s). We always felt they had our best interests at heart and for lack of a better word, felt protected. They asked the questions we didn't even think or know to ask. In addition, Regina has built a network of people to help with just about everything you could think of (loans, insurance, tv installer, etc). If you are looking for a realtor who works 24/7 for you, quickly responds to your questions and makes you feel like your her only client, look no further. Regina is that person.
