It's been over a month, and a nurse has still not shown up to do my roommate's wound care. We've called. We've expressed our concerns to the physical therapists and occupational therapists, but nothing has transpired. Not even a phone call in return.

Absolutely unorganized and extremely invasive. DO NOT USE THEM, find someone else to get your needs taken care of! I don't know if this company is a scam where they try to put someone in your home fast to bill your insurance so they can make money but they are very unprofessional and I would never use them for any services if I needed these type of services in the future. Be very cautious of this company and the tactics and tricks they employ to try to get you to become a client and make money!! Below is my explanation why. I was referred for home healthcare services by my PCP on 10/11. I received a call from this company Thursday Oct 19th three times in a row, with-in an 8 min span, and then they left a message. I returned their call on Monday Oct. 23 in the morning and left a message. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOME IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR OF MY MESSAGE!!!!! The irony here is they hadn't even gotten to the message I left because the lady Lauren that I called back, called and left me a message saying she was returning my call, while the person they sent to my home was on my front porch! What a complete lack of communication at this company. I called them back with-in a reasonable time frame - 48 business hours, had no legal contract with them, had no clue what exact services they provide or if they would fit my needs, I had not even spoken to them and they sent a stranger in a personal vehicle to MY HOME, which I DID NOT allow to step a foot inside. It was VERY unprofessional, a violation of my personal space, violating my HIPPA rights because I did not sign any service or other agreements or medical consents with them; so why are you coming to my home knowing my personal and private medical information; plus they ignored 2 no trespassing, 2 private property and 3 no soliciting signs posted on my property. YOU DO NOT send a stranger in an unmarked car to someone's home when they are not a client and have no idea you are coming. I told Lauren this when she called me back the next day Oct 24th and she said their business usually calls a few times and gives it a few days and then sends someone out to your house...as standard practice!! Calling someone 3 times in a span of 8 minutes and leaving one message ONE time would hardly qualify as "needing" to check in on someone who isn't even a client, that you have no contract with nor permission from to go to their home. Lauren took no personal accountability or gave an apology for her company's egregious behavior. The irony is it turns out this company can't even offer me the home healthcare needs I needed. It is my experience All Care Health Solutions operates in bad faith and as a money grab rather than a caring home health care provider. If they even try to bill my insurance for sending someone to my home, I will fight that charge tooth and nail. I am angry, feel violated and am extremely hesitant to ever inquire about home healthcare in any form again. I will be talking to my doctor about their unprofessional behavior so that future referrals for home health care can go to other companies that do not act in such a flippant, ignorant and dismissive manor towards potential clients.
