        Twice in the past month I was on hold for over an hour waiting for assistance on the phone. Although the customer service representative was excellent, it seems their customer service system is inadequate. My solution is to open an account at Central Credit Union, which is much closer and is open on Saturdays.

        I had an issue with my card so I phoned and spoke with, Jodi. I think she works at the main headquarters. Jodi resolved my issue within minutes. She was professional and maintained her personable decorum throughout our conversation. Her service was one of the finest experiences I have ever had in banking!         Not very accommodating during this tough time. They close the lobby earlier than the posted hours, and won't cash a check over 1000 dollars in the drive through. Eagle location is lacking.
