He came in before the service and gave us all the details of what he felt needed to be done (including cost, time frame, pet stains, etc). I never felt any pressure or feeling of an upsell. Just honest and professional. The level of service and the results he provided was so much better than any other carpet cleaning company we have ever used it's almost as if he's just on an entire different level! From the consolation, to the text we received before he arrived, to the results we never imagined possible (based on past experiences we have had with other companies), Eagle Carpet Pros is, in our opinion, the best of the best!
