Dr. Lindsey is fantastic! Finally, I've found someone who really listens & addresses my health concerns. She goes the extra mile to get to the underlying reason for health problems. As someone who is afraid of needles, Dr Lindsey ensures I am at ease through the entire session & amazingly I hardly ever feel when she's doing acupuncture on me. She really knows how to work with sensitive individuals.

I have been seeing Dr.Friedman for years now and she has helped improve my quality of life so much! I was not sleeping well and waking up with night sweats and anxiety. I started getting regular sessions and noticed a difference almost right away. Dr.Friedman made some dietary change suggestions and gave me some herbs to take. I still live by her dietary suggestions and happy to report my sleep is great and no longer wake up sweating. She also worked on balancing my cycle/hormones and my pain with cramps, as well as shoulder pain I have off and on. I always leave her office feeling very grounded and relaxed and often fall asleep during sessions. She has treated my husband for lower back pain and and my son when he had a stiff neck. Our whole family loves her! Most recently I have been getting facial rejuvenation "accu facial" from her and am loving it! Its like a substitute for Botox and I am so excited to see the results! Dr.Friedman is very intuitive, professional & full of knowledge. I can not recommend her enough!

Lindsey is awesome! I've been to a lot of different acupuncturists over the years and have felt like they just rushed through treatments to see the most patients possible. Lindsey takes her time to get to know you to decide the best treatment plan whether it's using needles, acupressure or herbs. It's always a very relaxing experience and always feel way better leaving then when I came.

I have been to numerous acupuncturists over the years. Around seven years ago I started going to Dr. Lindsey Friedman. She has a very caring, gentle, nurturing manner and is great at listening to me and explaining treatments. I always feel 10 times better after seeing her. She has treated me for digestion, minor aches and pain and stress. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Friedman. I wont put myself in anyone elses hands.

I have been receiving traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for about 13 years, in various cities, and I can say without a doubt that Lindsey is the most talented practitioner I've worked with. She listens with patience and compassion and pairs a keen intuition with serious technical chops. I have seen Lindsey for both acupuncture and TCM herbal prescriptions and both services have been stellar. Lindsey's work played an integral role in restoring my health and vitality after the birth of my third baby in 2020, when old physical and emotional issues resurfaced with a vengeance. Now that she has moved from San Diego to Idaho, she still consults with me regularly regarding herbal prescriptions. If you're even vaguely considering booking an appointment, just do it. You'll be so glad you did!
