James Weber was amazing and did the research at the Teton County Courthouse to see what needed to be done to sell my property. With Teton County regulations and getting the property surveyed, James handled it all!

We had a wonderful experience working with James at Teton Valley Realty and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! From the very beginning, James went out of his way to make sure we had all of our questions answered, and we loved how prompt he was with texting, emailing, and talking over the phone. (He even sent a video tour for us on a Sunday.) The property we were interested in was an off-market For Sale By Owner listing, and what impressed us the most was how James was willing to invest hours of his time and energy even though he wouldn't be getting any compensation or commission. This was disclosed to him upfront, and what we loved was how he continued to help and go out of his way to make sure we were making informed decisions. We enjoyed his positivity and sense of humor throughout the entire process, and would highly recommend James and Teton Valley Realty!
