Terrible to get ahold of. Miscalculated multiple employees payroll taxes. Also tried to claim on reviews that they haven’t dealt with the people reviewing them.

Update in reply to your response. I was main management for a company that used compuchex for several years. I picked up checks on several occasions, and was required to make phone calls to them by the owners of the company. It was difficult to get ahold of them at all, and the office was regularly not staffed during normal operation hours. They also severely messed up all of our taxes one year, resulting in most our employ at the time owing money back, instead of getting money back (which is what should have happened). My review is based off of personal experience dealing with this company. It was also posted quite some time ago as only a star rating. I highly doubt they remember having any contact with me at all, especially since they are now claiming they cannot speak to employees. Initial review is from 2019 (3 years ago). Further update: First response from current manager was deleted. Second response from current manager is highly unprofessional and inaccurate. Extremely combative tendencies, and posting of other reviewers overly personal information should also be takin into account before doing business with Compuchex.
