I am not in the habit of tearing another down, but here's my 2 cents.
My husband and I owned a deli. We are thinking of opening up something here in CDA. We went in here looking for something in particular and when we asked if he carried it, he was extremely rude with his answer and attitude. I understand about having an off day, and I always give someone the benefit of doubt, but my husband went in again today looking for something else and was treated even worse than we we had been before by this fellow.
We always try to buy local and support small businesses, because we know what it's like to be one, and have one. But when we do buy equipment for our new place, we will go out of town because we will not support someone or someplace that has treated us so badly.
