Rich operates a property management company called Property Management of Kootenai County. This is how we had the very unfortunate displeasure of working with him. He is extremely rude and treats renters like second class citizens. He will constantly call and text during nights and weekends, interrupting family time. We were on vacation and he kept calling and texting my husbands phone. It was a Sunday afternoon. My husband respectfully stated if it was not an emergency that we would talk on Monday. Rich continued to press the issue and demanded that we call him that same day. The information he had to relay to us, was not anywhere close to urgent and as a matter of fact, was mostly a blatant lie (which we found out after talking with the home owner the next day). He lied to us stating he was going to list the home and that he was the listing agent for the property. This was not true at all and the owner had not signed any paperwork with him and had only asked him the day prior to do some market research. Save yourself the trouble and do not do business with Rich either as an agent or as a property management company.
