Impressed with knowledge, proactive work habit, and the "Make it Happen" mindset. The time spent with me and on my schedule made me think they had a time machine hidden somewhere. I was in a church time with a 1031 exchange. We were down to the deadline, they found the property, and we got it all done under the wire.
