We could not have found a more fantastic realtor and our home-buying experience could not have gone smoother. Raniel is great, always available, super helpful and extremely accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service to my friends and family and will absolutely go to him first the next time I find myself in need of a realtor.

We lived in Las Vegas and were looking to relocate to the Coeur d'Alene Idaho area. We found Raniel through one of his listings and began working with him long distance. When we visited North Idaho Raniel already had a good idea of what we were looking for. He tirelessly took us from place to place and really knows the area and the people. Long story short, Raniel went above and beyond to help us find our North Idaho dream home. This included face timing with us to explore a house to picking us up at the airport. He's the BEST and we highly recommend Raniel as the Expert in North Idaho real estate!

We are very impressed with Raniel's professional ability, market knowledge, compassion and genuine concern when it came time to sell a deceased loved one's home. It was a very difficult thing for us to go through, but Raniel was so supportive and very attentive to our issues. He got the house sold before winter, just as we had been praying for. He worked so hard for us, even when we ran into difficulties with one potential buyer. He smoothed the way as best he could and then worked even harder to bring us a much more reasonable buyer. I was most impressed with Raniel's technical abilities and willingness to cover most all of the sale for us online. Since we live out of town it was such a blessing for me to be able to communicate and transfer documents that way. Raniel was always so quick to respond to my texts or emails too and he saved me many long drives. Truly, I can not say enough praises about this guy! He works hard and gets the job done with a super great attitude. When it comes time for us to sell our own home, we will definitely be calling Raniel! He is the best!
