This real estate company was the worst transaction Ive ever dealt with. I was the buyer to a home they were representing the seller. The realtor did absolutely nothing to make certain closing day went smoothly. I drove 6 hours to move into my new home and the seller wasnt even finished moving out yet. I had to wait 7 hours in my truck with 3 dogs and my 10 year old for this guy to finally finish moving out. His realtor did not care. He even told him to take the fridge with him when it was in the contract to stay. When I was finally able to walk into my new house, OMG, it was disgusting. My realtor graciously helped me clean enough so my dogs and child could come in. I couldnt even let my dogs inside it was so bad. He must have said Im not cleaning a thing after he accepted my offer. 7 weeks later, we are still cleaning. Had no idea how disgusting things were behind his furniture not to mention a mouse infestation in the garage. Considering this real estate company doesnt pay their buyers agent a commission which is ridiculous, the sellers realtor should have been completely embarrassed and offered to have a company come clean it. But, no.
