Our HOA hired Northwest Communities to manage our residential association about 2 years ago. Since that time, our job as a board has been simplified and streamlined because of the detail and professionalism that Kristine and Samantha employ in their efforts. They, and their staff are exceptional, kind, and attentive and the Sandpoint Villas HOA is very happy with their service!

Invoices are a nightmare of poor payment information and rarely return phone calls. Very disappointing!

Good morning Doug. I apologize for any late response you received and assume this was from our accounting department which I head. I was very behind for roughly a month but am on top of things again. I sincerely apologize and our team has come together to provide quicker responses. Regarding invoicing, I would love to hear your feedback on what the confusion is you are seeing. I strive to provide invoices that are clear with information containing the property owner, date, balance due with details regarding the specific invoice, due date, if there are past due amounts or payments/credits on your account, and how to make payments.
