We are new to the family! But it was like talking to a friend responding to the listing for our home right now, and I am so thankful for the trust that was so openly given to us during the application process and the ease and kindness in answering any questions and we absolutely LOVE our little home we are renting. It was perfect and so clean and adorable to move in to. And also the neighbors are awesome! Thumbs up all around Now we have lived here a year! We still love it, and always hear right back when/if I reach out for something. Couldnt be happier, and soo thankful for the good communication and kindness all around.

Best property management out there in the Kootenai area. Very quick with responding and care very much about there renters. I will not use any other company in the future besides Hannah and Coltan!
