Specialty has a nice inventory of repair parts and a great staff. I stop in all the time for Yamaha parts for the ATV and motorcycles I work on. They always seem to have what I'm looking for.

Worst parts department experience I have ever had. The older man at the parts counter is rude and obviously does not care about customer service. This has happened several times to my wife and I.

Received a $150 estimate for an oil change, air filter change request, and a check for stalling request. That amount didn't even cover the cost of the oil change. We needed a battery. Approximately $225. Stuff happens. They suggested a battery tender so we can keep a good charge during the winter months. Approximately $50. No problem. $14.24 short of $700 later, they call to let us know it's ready for pick up. Only it wasn't ready. They hadn't installed the batterytender. The mechanic was nice and installed one while we waited, but the manager was a no show. I called them while we were waiting and he said he would check with the service department and then find us. Never saw him. Never received a phone call. Perhaps they didn't like my suggestion that they need to write more accurate estimates? I know the service writer didn't, as she started arguing with me...saying it would be too much work. Maybe it was because I asked the manager why they would charge us for something they didn't install? Who knows?
