North Idaho Inn

By far, the nicest motel I have stayed at - more akin to peaceful, small airbnb. The room and bathroom were very clean. The design of the rooms are so cute and welcoming! I get the sense that whoever takes care of the property, that they care deeply and work hard to maintain it well. Such a fantastic little motel, I will certainly be staying here again!

This is the cutest hotel. It is located in an ideal location for getting around, has wonderfully comfortable beds, cute and newly remodeled interior that is spacious but cozy and a decent sized shower. It is also very quiet as compared to most hotels. We had people on both sides and I barely heard anything. I had to call and ask for a change and Jen was super easy to talk to and accommodating. We will stay here over any other place in Coeur D'Alene Rooms: Very spacious and comfortable. The bed was great and the room felt very open even with the extra little seating Nearby activities: there is a bike (bicycle) shop across the street, the lake is a few minutes walk, lots of convenience in this location to anything you would need or want Safety: zero concerns about safety, it is a secure building and it is in a populated area Walkability: Quick walk to downtown CDA

Disappointing. Based on reviews, I hoped the Inn would be adequate-but it was a big disappointment and does not live up to its description. The room is extremely musty and smelly. The internet does not work-which is an issue when the TV system in the room relies on the internet. If you're expecting to work or use your laptop here, the internet goes out for hours at a time, and when it does work, it cuts in and out every few minutes. There is absolutely no sound-proofing, as every word from neighboring rooms can be heard. Definitely not worth the price. Response to hotel: I did contact the hotel during my stay Jun 23-26 and was told they were full so the internet is bad. It did not make a difference when it was reset. We had to pay for extra data to hotspot our phone to get interent to our laptops and we couldn't use the hotel TV.
