Brandt is an outstanding realtor! My husband and I were moving from out of state to Coeur dAlene, ID and we needed the absolute best agent to be our eyes in the area and find us the perfect house. Not an easy task in such a competitive market, but Brandts experience, professionalism, and attention to our needs made it possible and we finally got our Idaho home! Because we couldnt be in CDA in person for most of the buying process, Brandt took the time to thoroughly show us the house and the neighborhood on video calls, and was always prompt to answer our questions! Brandt is a very knowledgeable architect as well and helped us with advice on future improvements that will make our new house appreciate even more. The whole buying experience was a pleasure and we highly recommend Brandt to anyone looking for top notch representation when buying/selling real estate!
