After we decided to build a new home in another state, we interviewed 3 real estate agents for marketing our existing home in Hayden. While all were excellent, Team Brown stood out in terms of their professionalism and quality. Although selling a home is ridiculously easy in the current environment of a shortage of homes, Team Brown did a great job of finding a buyer. In fact, the buyer was identified when the house was not being formally marketed. Importantly, the buyer was flexible to our needs regarding a lease-back and, in the end, we got exactly what we asked for in terms of price and timing. Team Brown was highly responsive to emails and calls, and kept in touch during the escrow period. Overall, I would not hesitate to use them again.

We met Luke and Chris on a trip tagging along with family members on a search for a business property and residence. They were able to find a perfect property for our son to start his business and did a great job in the negotiation process for his property in Post Falls.We found them to be personable and professional with invaluable local knowledge.That experience led us to choose team Brown when we were ready to relocate to the Coeur d'Alene area. Working with Chris Nicholson on our home search was a great decision. Chris was patient and helpful during our search for a property . Searching the area with Chris we learned so much about the area that really allowed us to make an informed decision. He kept us informed throughout the process of negotiation and purchase. Our purchase was contingent on sale of another property. Chris did a great job of coordinating with the other Realtors involved in our purchase and sale that was ultimately tied to five other properties that were Chris is professional and thorough . Chris helped us coordinate inspections and gave us important insight into specifics of homeownership in Idaho. We highly recommend Luke and Chris.

Luke Brown has lived in CDA for many years and knows the town and surrounding areas inside and out. The history, the builders, various qualities, and the attributes of each neighborhood...he's what you want as an expert in realty. He was available whenever we needed him and provided us great service. It's clear he's well established and respected across the profession as well which is very helpful when you're trying to buy or sell.

What a great experience working with Hannah the last few months buying a home! She was there every step of the way, explaining things we didn't understand, very detail oriented, going out of her way to ensure we knew potential homes inside and out, meeting with us on the weekends, and ultimately making the whole process as smooth as possible given the crazy market and us being out of state...she's the real deal. All the great people and resources at Team Brown Realty working with Hannah are exceptional as well and we're confident recommending them to anyone looking to buy a home in the North Idaho area.
