        Loved working with Seth at Your North Idaho Agent! Found him through his podcast and youtube channel (great resources for those in the community or wanting to move to the are). Seth is super chill, friendly, and easy to work with. Very prompt to respond as well! Seth helped us purchase our first home just outside of CdA. We were moving from out of state and he was so helpful and accommodating to our circumstances. Seth was there to guide us, back us up and watch out for our best interest when buying a new build.
