When we decided to purchase the property, Shawn was there for everything making sure we were comfortable with our decision. He was a wealth of knowledge and resources when it can to presenting and offer to closing. Now, we just feel like we made a friend:) Thank you Shawn for making our lake home dream a reality!

Very communicative and ready to look further into any questions they were not able to immediately answer for us relative to buying and later selling our property. Happy to oblige in helping us with items such as scheduling trade professionals, referrals, paperwork, etc. Offered to mail us sentimental items left behind, dispose of or re-home larger items needed to be left behind, performed minor repairs and cleaning in our absence during showing periods and after inspection. Did as much as possible to keep the property secure and everything tidy when we had already moved out of state and were absent for portions of the home selling process. Very good experience overall and take pride in going the extra mile to gain and maintain their clients trust.
