Rick is the man!! He made our first home buying experience so easy for us. Before embarking on this journey, I was absolutely clueless and very intimidated but the entire process went as smoothly as possible all thanks to Ricks experience and expertise. Heres what I loved about him: hes very honest, tells it like it is (good and bad), genuinely cares about his clients, isnt trying to make a quick buck or in real estate for the money (for example, there were times he steered me away from more expensive homes because it wasnt a good fit), extremely knowledge and has a background in construction which is super helpful when evaluating homes and the potential issues that may arise or work that will be involved, and he was ALWAYS available and quick to respond. If I could summarize him as a person it would be: noble, integrity-driven, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him as a realtor!! :)
