Working with David was a great experience. He far exceeded our expectations during the sale of our home. He took on our project as the interest rates started to climb and our local market started to stall, but still found us under contract with a full price offer in 11 days and got us closed 29 days later. This was my second home purchase and first time working with David. Theres no comparison to how much better this experience was. His customer service was over the top making sure everything was taken care of and on time. Hes now taken on the challenge of our new build purchase and is helping ensure we get everything we need out of the builders.

Where do I start? This was the best experience with a realtor I have ever had. For as long as Dave continues to be a realtor, he will be my first choice for whatever my next endeavor happens to be. Dave went above and beyond answering any questions, helping with miscellaneous projects, and he remained in constant communication throughout the entire process. Overall, he just made the process smooth and easy. I always felt like I was his only client considering his timeliness in communication and availability to stop by the house when needed. We all know I wasnt his only client which speaks volumes on his professionalism, time management, and overall dependability. It was amazing to have that reliability, and I was never left guessing what was going to happen next. Long story short, if Dave isnt your realtor, youre WRONG.

Dave and Renee from Rover Realty were absolutely amazing during our house hunt and our... unique... transition into our home. Not only did he save us on offering listed price for a house that was way over market value, but when our reasonable offer fell through, he was able to get us looking at a house that just popped on the market same day and get our offer in. Once we were accepted, the real 'fun' began of moving our entire family (children, dog, cats) over into a hotel while waiting for the house to close. What should have been a couple weeks at most turned into a month of stress of encountering hiccup after agonizing hiccup from our loan side. Dave did everything he could to help, from trying to see if they would let us move in early, to trying to find other accommodations when we were almost facing homelessness when the hotel was booked and unable to extend. They went above and beyond for us and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.

Dave and Renee were fantastic to work with! I had been looking for a specific type of property for quite a while and when it came up they made the process smooth and easy. Dave was great in communicating with the sellers agent and myself throughout the entire process.
