Amanda was more than we could have asked for in a realtor. Not only did she know the market like the back of her hand, but she was very knowledgeable about the details of homes as well. She knew every material it took to build a home and what the pro's and cons were of each. She knew all the neighborhood and exactly how far the next park was from it. I would ABSOLUTLEY recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a home in Idaho.

I had a great experience buying my first home, and Amanda Kuespert made the process a lot easier. First of all, she is personable and easy to talk to. Along with that, Amanda was able to answer all my questions (or refer me to someone who could), and because of that, I never felt afraid or uncertain about the home-buying process. I should also note that Amanda is prompt and quick to respond to calls and other communications. Finally, Amanda treated me like a person, not a number. She made it obvious that she knows buying a house a is massive, life-changing decision. She did not push me to any reckless decision. Rather, she always asked what I wanted and kept coming to house viewings until we found the house that was right to me!
