How do you put into words the gratitude you have for someone who saved your life. I was on the brink of doing something life altering in the worst way, when I made the decision to contact Carrie Kralicek for help. My fears, paranoias and pain did not go unheard. Carrie was extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable about what I was going through. I called her feeling hopeless and unsure about my mental state, but because she listened to what I was saying and recognized behaviors I was exhibiting we were able to work through it and come up with a plan for recovery. My husband, myself and my children thank you.

I scheduled my first time ADHD telehealth consultation with Carrie Kralicek, PMHNP and she was awesome! I dont know why, but I was a little nervous since I had never used a telehealth service before. Carrie was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. During our meeting I explained the reason for my call, and she asked me a few questions. She ended up writing me a prescription for medication to help treat my ADHD before our telehealth appointment was over.
I just finished meeting with Carrie for the second time and her service is AMAZING & truly personalized! She sent my prescription over to the pharmacy late Thursday afternoon at the end of our appointment. When I called the pharmacy at 3pm the next day (Friday) to see if my order was ready, they told me that they needed to order the medication and it wouldnt be ready for another 5 days. I immediately sent Carrie a text message and asked if she could please cancel the prescription to the first pharmacy and send a new prescription to the Costco pharmacy where they had plenty of stock to fill my order. She replied to me within 20 minutes and let me know that she had just finished sending the new prescription over to Costco! She is literally a text message away at 3pm on a Friday. Ive never had less stress managing my prescriptions and follow up appointments then when working with her.
