A little back story so you can understand how sincere this review is! I had a traumatic dental experience when I was a child, and because of that, I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years! I finally became an adult and made an appointment. I was so scared and so nervous that day, and Miss Olivia called me back. From the very first moment she called my name, to every single one of my deep cleaning appointments my fear slowly dwindled. She was so kind, gentle, informative, patient and so understanding of my nerves. Olivia is the main and only reason I will continue to come there. I will follow her anywhere.

I scheduled an appointment for a physical and new patient. The nurse and doctor that I saw were very thorough and kind. I was called back quickly and didnt have to wait for the doctor or nurse. The doctor took his time and asked a lot of questions and made suggestions for further care. I was really happy with the care I received.

I am caregiver of my 76 yr old sister. She had an appt to have her teeth cleaned in Dec. She was there for 2 hrs. Needed tooth extraction, done on Dec 18th. Went back Jan 18th to finish teeth cleaning, was there 1 1/2hrs. Came home about 3pm and novacaine not clear until about 7pm. WHO has novacaine for cleaning teeth? WHY should she return next week to finish the teeth cleaning because they only cleaned the bottom teeth so far?

It is now January and you guys never sent my referral over to get a tooth extracted. Insanely unprofessional. I swear this place finds idiots off the street and hires them. I saw you in SEPTEMBER. It took months to be seen in the first place because the front desk for dental doesnt answer the phones. This place sucks. Drive 20 more minutes and go to Chas clinic in Spokane.
