We have been dealing with issues with our laminate floors that were installed almost 2 years ago with our new build. Panhandle Carpet One started off helpful and tried to problem-solve and find a solution. Long story short, after their "fix", we are still having major "cracking" issues and they are not standing by their word of replacing our floors and making it right. This is not good customer service and they do not stand behind their products or installation. I really hope we can get this resolved and that I can update my review.

In the 20 plus years we have been dealing with carpet and all types of flooring, we have never had to cut our own carpet off the roll in the store warehouse. As a general contractor that is putting customer service first in everything we do, this was the worst experience ever. The sales rep for our client was extremely rude towards us as well. Will not recommend to any of our clients. Pretty sure any carpet selling company out there will cut a piece of carpet off a big roll and sell it to a customer. Home depot does, lowes does, everyone does. You ask for how many yards you need and you go pick it up or have it delivered. Not sure how that is not the wholesalers job. Most places wont let customers cut their own do to liability. Pretty poor service at panhandle carpet one, will not reccomend or use this store ever again.
