Great customer service! Went there the first time just because it was close to work. The second time today was a little out of my way today but because of the crew there I went back just because of the way they treat folks.

I attempted for months to rent event items for a wedding. I tried calling, my fiance tried calling, our mothers tried calling, and each time we would be told that the person, Melissa, who deals with event rentals was busy at the moment but that she would call us when she had time. Well months went by trying to get in touch with her without response. We finally gave up.

These guys seem all professional, but don't them fool you. They have fair price, their customer service skills are second to none. They treat you right and their equipment is better than the competitions. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Lake City!

I cannot rely on Lake city rental for contractor equipment that works. I cannot rely on Dillon the Manager to help at all. When their tool fails at a critical point of finishing the job, you need support. I got, nothing we can do, bring it back, nothing for you, it needed maintenance. Thats what equipment does. No plans to fix it. They are too busy. Its turned into such a loss of time and money for this contractor to rent from Lake city rental. As a contractor, I cannot rely on Lake city rental.
