Only use for carpet cleaning. They claim to be a restoration company but are not! They cleaned up our flooded house well but then sold us on putting it back together. Our house will never be the same. They rely on the cheapest subs out there and overcharge your insurance company for everything! Chad is a displaced owner and never would return a call to us concerning his employees illegal behavior Had to hire an attorney Looking forward to a court date to expose them and their insurance hustle.

Matt did an amazing job for us! I have 3 dogs,2 are puppies so you can imagine how hard on the carpet they are! Lol

Very professional! Got my appointment when I needed it, showed up on time, friendly operator plus he was very thorough. The had my furniture cleaned and it looks great. I highly recommend!

This company is 5-star hands down. Chad, the owner, is an outstanding person and helped us with a family emergency on short notice. He and his employees were professional and compassionate and we cannot thank them enough. Truly top notch.

A Nu Look did a great job! They got me scheduled very quickly, were kind and hardworking! I would use them again!
