        They sent my info to the wrong email twice. Finally met with a doctor over the phone but didnt get the prescription sent to my pharmacy. 4 days later I cancel my follow up because I never got the medication and they sent a reminder to the doc. 6 days with no communication, zero medication filled, and then I still got a text reminder about the appointment I already tried to cancel. Not happy with the service.

        I've left several messages with their billing dept. They never answer and never return calls. I'd like to pay my bill, but they won't get back to me to take my money. Not sure what else to do besides to keep calling
