Burks Tractor Co. LLC

The family and I went out tractor shopping and we checked out one other place before we went to Burk's. I'll leave their name out of it but our experience with the sales manager at the other place goes a little like this, didn't even get up to shake hands, seemed a bit condescending, and told us to look at the tractors on our way out. Since that was our first time checking out tractors, that's what I thought might be the bar for buying a tractor. But our experience at Burk's was completely different. We were greeted by Andrew, who listened and offered ideas and suggestions based on our questions and inquiries. When we decided on a model, he took us out to look at it and test drive it around. He was patient while we hem hawed on whether we were gonna buy it or not. Once we decided to go look at the numbers, they pulled out these cool coloring books that my kids really enjoyed. After we concluded our purchase they provided generous goodies for the family. When the tractor was delivered Andrew and Mitch went over everything with me to make sure I was squared away on operation and maintenance. Overall it was a really good experience at Burk's and I am enjoying the heck out of the Kubota I got from them.

I inquired about the price of a tractor online and Andrew V. responded back to me quickly with a much better price than the other Kubota dealer. He got us amazing financing in about 10 minutes and when I told him that my trailer was full of trash they delivered it the next afternoon for free and he even came out to show us how to operate it. I could not ask for a better experience.
