I have been a satisfied customer of Adrian and his Big Sky Heating and Air LLC for 20+ years. After years of scheduled routine heating/air maintenance, I recently decided to get a new air conditioning system. Well, I must say that Adrian out-did himself on this major job! Not only did the installation come with timeliness and precision, but the reasonable cost was $198.00 less than his original quote: Adrian surprised me at job completion with a $198.00 rebate for some minor material not needed in the final installation. I've always thought very highly of Adrian and recommended him to anyone I knew that needed an HVAC guy. Things have really changed, recently. My mothers ac went out and he fixed a leak and charged her $200 per lb for the refrigerant. Didn't check the coils, as I understand. It stopped working the very next day, after she paid him over $3K. A month later and he still hasn't gotten back to her or responded to her inquiry, regarding the AC unit. It's very disappointing that his customer service has gone downhill and more disappointing, that he overcharged her for the refrigerant. She has a different HVAC guy coming in and they only charge $60 per lb, for the refrigerant. Huge difference. Mom is 77 years old and shouldn't have to over pay so badly. Whatever is going on in his life, I hope he is able to get back to providing the exceptional Customer service, that he did over the past 15-20 years

Adrian, Installed a new furnace after the fan in my 14 year old one went kablooey! While waiting for the new furnace, he replaced the fan in the old furnace (AC), so that we could keep cool in the meantime! Reliable and though he may not have the cheapest quote, he does great work and uses good quality equipment. Would highly recommend! Service: Repair HVAC
